Today’s route took us from Bad Goisern through the historic spa town of Bad Ischl before heading to the lake Wolfgansee. Along the way we made a stop at a nice little cable car with older style small cabins, which took us on a relaxing ride up the mountainside.
We were lucky that the forecasted rain and storms for the afternoon didn’t arrive. When we got to Lake Wolfgansee the weather ended up being nice enough to take a trip up the Schafberg cog railway, where there were amazing 360 views over a number of lakes we’d been cycling around the last few days
